📍 Shipping Times & Regions

🇺🇸 U.S. Domestic Shipping

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (based on your location)

  • Rates: Flat rate $6.99 or FREE on orders over $75

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your gear every step of the way — from warehouse to your doorstep. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking activity to begin after carrier pickup.

⏱️ Delayed or Lost Packages

We got your back. If your package is delayed, missing, or shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us ASAP at support@gothrivemode.com with your order number and any details. We’ll jump on it and work to resolve the issue quickly.

🔄 Address Changes & Errors

Entered the wrong shipping info? Reach out immediately. We can only make address edits before the order ships. Once it's in transit, changes may not be possible — but we’ll always do what we can to help. Submit a "Contact Form" to our support team!
